The player cost for Operation Sandstorm is $35 per person for players signing up through December 15th and $40 per person for registration after December 15th. Players must sign up through our website with their name, airsoft handle, email contact address and top two squad choices. A deposit of $5 per player must be made at the time of registration, rising to a deposit of $10 per player if made after December 15th. The balance per person is due at the event during player registration.

There is a 7-day cancellation policy in effect. Cancellations must be made by contacting us through our website prior to January 14th. No refunds will be given for registration fees for players canceling after January 14th or no-show players. We will be able to refund the registration deposit if canceling by January 14th.

In addition to the designated player slots, 20 wait-list slots will be available. A deposit is required for the wait-list. Wait-list players will be moved into active player slots as they become available. After January 14th, any players still on the wait-list may receive a refund on their deposit, play in the role of an Iraqi military unit or play as a civilian actor.

Players showing up on-site without prior registration will be charged $40 for the event and will be assigned to whatever unit the game-staff needs to augment.
